Bacon and Goat Cheese Avocado

2 buckwheat and poppy seed PanFetta
4 chives strands
2 lime juice
50 g salmon
1/2 avocado, Ripe
50 g goat cheese
Toast 2 Panfetta on both sides. Marinate the salmon for 5 minutes with the juice of two limes and chopped chives. Peel the avocado and remove the center pit. Mash the avocado with a fork. A somewhat lumpy pulp will result. Prepare a cream by mixing the goat cheese with oil, salt and pepper. You should get a soft, smooth cream. Spread the avocado on each slice, add a slice of salmon and finish with the goat cheese cream.
